The new community Covenants and Bylaws documents did not pass.
Total participation was 63%, with 106 out of 168 members submitting ballots.
The results are as follows:
– By-laws: 92 approved (54.8% community approval), 14 rejected
– Covenants: 97 approved (57.7% community approval), 9 rejected
As a 60% community approval threshold is required for adoption, neither document passed.
The ballots are available for review upon request.
While the Board received some feedback expressing dissatisfaction with the documents, it is unclear if the non-voting 37% of the community shares these concerns. These documents are vital for our community to move forward.
