Hello and Welcome to Turkey Point Island.
Turkey Point Island is a residential community comprised of approximately one hundred seventy five (175) individual homes located at the mouth of the South River and Selby Bay.
Turkey Point Island and Turkey Point Property Owners Association (TPPOA) are limited to the houses located on the “Big” Island and do not include the homes on “Little Island” nor the homes on Turkey Point Road leading to Turkey Point Island.
The TPPOA oversees the Common Areas of Turkey Point Island. TPPOA is able to maintain the Common Areas with funds raised from Lot Assessments ($10.00 per lot per year) and Yearly Dues ($100.00 per year).
Turkey Point Island is a gem of a community and a great place to live with a Private Pier and Boardwalk , Private Beaches and Private Water Overlooks. However, the main attraction is the great group of Island neighbors.
